Large or heavy items are shipped via trucking carrier. Freight delivery takes 2 to 6 business days on average; allow extra time for remote locations. Before delivering, the Freight Carrier or Tucking Company will contact you to schedule an appointment. We will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number once your product has left our warehouse. It takes one business day to update tracking numbers.
PACKAGE INSPECTION
Please inspect your package when it arrives. Please make a note of any obvious damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us by e-mail or phone within 72 hours to report the damage. Please keep all of the original boxes and packaging.
