If a return or exchange is required, our executives will contact you, and decisions will be made after carefully scrutinising each step up until product delivery.
Only after you send a product video will you be eligible for a refund.
If the product is in good condition, a full refund will be issued. There will be no refund if you do not provide video.
If the product seems to be in good condition, the refund process will take one week, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
(For example, it will be credited within 5-7 business days).
Except if you purchased the items from or after viewing them in a Showroom, you have the legal right to return any products you’ve purchased for any reason within seven (7) working days of delivery (including just changing your mind). If you wish to return your items in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you must give us written or other durable notice (including email) within those seven (7) working days (DSR). Following your cancellation notification, you will be eligible for a refund, which will be issued to you within thirty (30) days. Please keep the purchased item(s) in resalable condition and in its original packaging if at all possible. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning goods under DSR.
Returns must be sent in their original packaging to our business address. For returning goods, a valid RMA, which is provided upon request to cancel the order, MUST be included. The consumer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the returned items and ensuring that they are securely wrapped. When items are returned damaged in transit, you will be notified, provided with images upon request, and a claim for the damages will be filed. The items received will be documented.
